I don't know what you are talking about... it's a mountain, Rian. Not a city. And the pilot says "either Mt Ritter or Mt Banner".

Still not seeing a settlement. That's a picture of a river taken for its meandering qualities and the large ox-bow lake. The fields were also quite interesting to me as they were quite regular patches. Fields in England are of odd sizes and separated by hedgerows.
Fresno may have been one of the names I remember seeing on the GPS... it rings a bell, certainly. If you want to look at a map, we left from San Jose airport and this was just east of the er... I-5? Something like that. I daresay you know the area a lot better than I do.
Rian has the excuse of never looking out plane windows...
And I have the excuse of having no idea whatsoever of the geography of Yosemite.

I am glad people liked them even though they are truly awful (with glare off the window) apart from the last one... I couldn't really choose were to put the light given that the sun still isn't under my control. One day though. One day.
