You like Hex? I watched one episode of that and laughed myself stupid over the sheer badness.

Oh yes. Hex is terrible. Series two was so bad I just laughed my way through it. But still watched it, annoyingly... hmm.

Jeeves and Wooster!! That has to take priority, sis. I adore that series. Fry and Laurie at their absolute best. Occasionally I catch repeats of it on ITV3 or something... sheer excellence. I may have to buy that myself.

I really need to have a clear-out of my own wish-list...stuff on there from aaages ago now. Yours is impressive. Go on, total up how much all of that little lot would cost...at full price you've got to be heading up towards £1000 (what with Farscape in there...)

Get Blackpool and lend it to me. :)

yes, it's absolutely got to be the comics.

I don't even have a wish list on amazon...

Never seen Hex. That is why it is on the list- curiosity. It may just fall off the list after your comments but... It can't be that bad, can it?

Jeeves and Wooster being on ITV3 a lot makes me lose urgency to buy it.

skit wanting to watch Blackpool may push it to the top of the list.

Apart from the many many many Spidey comics which are certainly more important.

I've seen Hex. It was not this bad but it wasn't that good either. I didn't much like it myself.
I think you might just want to rent it or wait to see it on tv before buying it.
You might probably find something better to do with the money.

Hex reminds me of Charmed, so maybe you'll like it. ;) Err, not in the 7.00 time slot, must be sweet and soppy way, but how they avoid getting meaty. And it's just silly.

I catch little bit on Foxtel every now and again. It's good for a giggle.

Now, Jes you got me puzzled, isn't Hex the tvshow a bit like E.R with the guy who was doing Jake 2.0 ?

ah... now i must investigate to see if what it really is.

ah. me again.
No actually Hex is not the E.R. type of thing i thought it was first.

But... I've seen it too. And i thought i was pretty good in the begining but then it got a bit silly it is totally true. Although, my brother and I were a bit disappointed when it stopped. I think i just saw season 1. And it was programmed pretty late here too.

Argh, it was just so annoying. Series one wasn't too bad, actually... watchable, anyway - although I certainly wouldn't spend money buying it. But the second series was just pure frustration. The storyline was ridiculous, and the characters just behaved in the most unrealistic way imaginable. And it didn't even have a conclusive ending, after a whole series of 'Will they get the baddie or won't they?' Borrow it if you really want to see it, sis. Don't waste your money buying it.

And I may be wrong about Jeeves and Wooster being on ITV3. It's on one of the digital channels occasionally, but I'm not positive which... and not regularly, by any means. I wish it was.

It used to be on weekly. We would watch it every Saturday gathered around the dinner table. I don't think my brother was impressed by it but as you can tell from the few Wooster quotes I have, I love it. What ho and rummy situ and all.

Okay okay- I won't get Hex. It wasn't so far up on my want-to-get list anyway... there are other things on my list I don't know (I tend to use Amazon recommendations a lot). I don't see dvd buying as a way of getting a show I love- I see it as just watching a show. I've bought shows I don't like in the past. True, I sold Dead Like Me on as fast as I could... Speaking of which, anyone want to buy Carnivale off me? I will ebay it as soon as it has done the rounds of people interested in seeing it.

i've never seen Carnivale. How much do you sell it?
